National Girl Child Day was celebrated at Destination Girls Home, Anthaigwlao, Chandrapara, Kokrajhar, BTC, Assam on 24th January 2017 in collaboration with DCPU (District Child Protection Unit), Kokrajhar. Mr. Ranjit Swargiary, ADC Kokrajhar, Mr. Digambar Narzary, Chairperson of Nedan Founddation, Mrs. Jitanjali Islary, DCPO cum PO, Kokrajhar, Mr. Louis Basumatary, PO I/C DCPO Kokrajhar and DCPU members, DLSA member, Mr. Ratan Janka Borgoyary, TDH Project Director, Mrs. Padmini Brahma, Anganwadi workers were the invited guest of the programme. Over 50 children participated in the programme from RSTC Komalsing, Destination Girls Home Campus, Chandrapara High School and nearby school children.
